• This amount represents a permanent 50% ownership stake in the company and is not repayable.
• CHF 2,300,000 is recovered by the investor through dividend distributions over a period of 4 years.

Return During the First 4 Years

• Total investment: CHF 2,400,000
• Dividends received over 4 years: CHF 2,300,000
• Share capital retained: CHF 100,000

The investor therefore recovers the equivalent of 95.83% of the initial investment through dividends during the first four years, effectively repaying the CHF 2,300,000 financing, while retaining ownership of the company's shares.

After the First 4 Years

At the end of the fourth year:

• The investor remains a shareholder of the company.
• The investor retains their ownership stake in the share capital.
• The investor continues to receive an annual dividend corresponding to 10% of the company's CHF 2,300,000 net profit after tax, equivalent to CHF 230,000 per year, subject to the company's financial performance.
• This remuneration continues for as long as the investor maintains their shareholding in the company.
