• CHF 100,000  is allocated to the share capital of the Swiss public limited company.
• This amount represents a permanent 50% ownership stake in the company and is not repaid.
• CHF 1,150,000  is recovered by the investor through dividend distributions over a period of 4 years.

Return During the First 4 Years

• Total investment: CHF 1,250,000
• Dividends received over 4 years: CHF 1,150,000
• Share capital retained: CHF 100,000

The investor therefore recovers the equivalent of 92% of the initial investment through dividends during the first four years, effectively recovering the CHF 1,150,000 financing amount while retaining ownership of the shares in the company.

After the First 4 Years

At the end of the fourth year:

• The investor remains a shareholder of the company.
• The investor retains their ownership stake in the share capital.
• The investor continues to receive an annual dividend corresponding to 10% of CHF 1,150,000 in net profit after taxes, equal to CHF 115,000 per year, subject to the company's financial performance.
• This remuneration continues for as long as the investor maintains their shareholding in the company.

The resort features 18 contemporary bungalows of 45 m², harmoniously distributed across private plots of 120 m² each. The generous spacing between the accommodations ensures peace, tranquility, and privacy.

Each bungalow includes:

• A spacious and bright bedroom

• A modern private bathroom accessible directly from the bedroom
• A covered terrace with a depth of 2 meters
